Farm Bill 

Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), Chair of the Senate Agriculture Committee, is an outstanding leader for Farm Bill programs that advance bird conservation on private lands.

Migratory Bird Conservation 

Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) is a leader for migratory bird conservation from his position as Chair of the Senate Interior Appropriations Subcommittee where he has supported major funding increases to reverse migratory bird declines.

Bird Conservation 

Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) is addressing numerous threats to birds, such as glass collisions, pesticides, and plastic pollution. Examples of legislation he has sponsored are: Federal Bird Safe Buildings Act, Protect America’s Children from Toxic Pesticides Act, and Protecting Communities from Plastics Act.
